Ready for season opening from May 1, 2026

We look forward to opening the center for the season and once again welcoming young and old alike. The Lærdal Wild Salmon Visitor Centre .

The center will be open every day from May 1 to September 30.

With us you can experience, explore, play and learn more about wild salmon.

You can combine your visit with an art experience at Sogn Art Centre and enjoy good local food at Laksen Bakery and Café - both in the same building as us.

The center is also a good starting point for a trip along The Lærdal River or the old preserved wooden houses on Lærdalsøyri .
