Daniel Kvammen is coming The Spawning Festival

On Saturday, October 24th, Daniel Kvammen will be on stage during The Spawning Festival in Lærdal. From October 23rd to 25th, the festival offers spawning walks, lectures, book walks, local food and experiences for the whole family.

Since his debut in 2015, Daniel Kvammen has established himself as one of the most prominent voices in Norwegian pop. With the Spelemannspris, the Målprisen and millions of streams, he has made a name for himself with his strong personal expression and pop music in the Halling dialect.

From his breakthrough with Du fortenar ein som meg to the critically acclaimed album Guta som gret, Kvammen has delivered songs that are both moving and engaging. With his unique ability to convey and his intimate language, he has become a beloved name, and an artist who has truly found his own voice – somewhere between the heartwarming and the all-encompassing.

The concert is one of several highlights during The Spawning Festival Throughout the weekend you can also join guided spawning walks along the Lærdal River, book baths with Lars Lenth, fly fishing workshops, yoga, activities for children and adults, and taste local food from the festival menu at Laksen Café & Bakery.

After the concert, Saturday evening continues with a spawning party and DJ Trym Ramstad in the foyer of the Visitor Center for Wild Salmon.
